Rajnish Singh & Co., Chartered Accountants (Noida, Sector 62) is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner.

The Managing Partner heads a growing CA practice (GST litigation, forensic audit, insolvency, valuations) and appears regularly as an economic commentator on national news channels. You will be his right hand managing his calendar, communication, client follow-ups and media schedule with genuine ownership and daily exposure to senior professionals, clients and media.

Salary: 400000 – 550000 per annum, depending on experience.

Interviews: In-person on Friday, 11 September 2026 at our Noida office. Shortlisted candidates will receive a time slot by email.

Who we are looking for

- Graduate with 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary / Office Coordinator, preferably with a CA firm, law firm or consultancy

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Solid on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail and Google Calendar

- Organised, discreet with confidential information,



and comfortable following up with clients and senior people

- Based in or willing to relocate to Noida/NCR

Responsibilities

- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, meetings, travel and TV appearance schedule

- Handle emails and calls; draft letters, emails and basic documents

- Coordinate with clients, government offices and the internal team on deadlines and follow-ups

- Maintain trackers for client work, fees and pending items in Excel

- Coordinate the firm's social media and LinkedIn posting

- Organise documents, filings and office records
