THIS IS NOT JUST A “POST A JOB AND WAIT” RECRUITMENT ROLE.

You’ll be looking for people who can actually create, think and execute.

From Copywriters, Video Editors, DOPs, Graphic Designers and Brand Strategists to marketing and operational talent, you’ll learn how to identify the right people, understand their work and build strong talent pipelines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Source and identify creative talent across LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, referrals and other platforms
- Hire for roles across Copywriting, Video Editing, DOP, Graphic Design, Brand Strategy, Marketing & Operations
- Screen candidates based on their experience, skills, portfolios and overall fit




- Look beyond the resume and identify people with real talent and potential
- Reach out to candidates, conduct initial screenings and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and hiring processes
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand exactly who we need
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies to find exceptional talent

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

0–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment can apply

Someone who has an eye for creative talent and can recognise good work

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with calling, sourcing and candidate outreach

Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple roles

Someone who is curious enough to understand what makes a good Copywriter, Editor, DOP or Designer — not just what’s written on their resume

Someone who wants to build a career in recruitment and learn how to hire exceptional people.

No “just looking for an HR job” mindset
