Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, integrations, and Salesforce best practices, with the ability to work independently on defined workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex (Triggers, Batch, Schedulable, Test Classes).
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC); support Visualforce to Lightning migration.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud (case management, queues, escalation rules, omni-channel).
- Develop declarative automation using Flows (Process Builder/Workflow migration).
- Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Twilio).




- Develop dashboards and reports using Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics).
- Ensure optimal performance using efficient SOQL/SOSL and governor-limit best practices.
- Support deployments using Git, CI/CD, Salesforce CLI, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to internal teams.
- Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex
- Must-have: LWC and Einstein Analytics
- Solid experience with Service Cloud
- Experience with Flows, integrations, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and secure coding
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, and contemporary Salesforce dev tools
