Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, invoicing, vendor/customer accounts and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal and expense entries.
- Prepare and manage GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills.
- Assist with GST reconciliation and GST return-related activities.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related accounting records.
- Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors and tax consultants.
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting work.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in import/export accounting will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of import purchase invoices, customs duty and related accounting entries is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
