Job Summary:
Were looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of our product lifecycle end-to-end from identifying customer needs to ensuring adoption after rollout. This role is not just about building features. Its about delivering business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Discovery
- Understand customer problems deeply through research, interviews & dataPrioritise features based on business impact and user value
- Define product roadmap aligned with company goalsExecution & Delivery
- Create detailed product requirements (PRDs), wireframes, acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering/design to ensure timely, high-quality deliveryManage sprint planning & releases; remove blockers proactivelyImplementation & Adoption (Very Important)
- Build rollout plans, training docs, product demos for clients & internal teamsTrack adoption metrics post-launch: usage, engagement, feedback
- Conduct regular product performance reviews & drive improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align Sales, Support, Operations & Compliance teams for product successEnable Sales with positioning, demos & documentation
- Product Success Measurement
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or software productExcellent communication & stakeholder managementStrong problem-solving using data + customer insightsExperience in product adoption & customer success initiativesFamiliarity with agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Figma etc
- )Comfortable working with engineering teams and business teams
Good to Have
- Experience in broking / capital markets / wealth techUnderstanding of regulatory & compliance needs in BFSIUI/UX awareness ability to think through user journeysStrong analytical tools knowledge (Mixpanel, GA, SQL basics etc )
