- Handle day-to-day DP operations including account opening, KYC, demat/remat, DIS and DDPI
- Manage daily pay-in/pay-out of securities and settlement-related activities
- Perform back office operations and reconciliation of client and pool accounts
- Support DP audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL and CDSL regulations
- Prepare and submit required regulatory and exchange reports
- Respond to emails from clients, exchanges, depositories and auditors.
Requirements
- Graduate with experience in DP operations and compliance.
- NISM DP certification preferred.
- Valuable communication and email drafting skills.
