Job Description
- Own the complete business P&L;, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, healthy margins, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
- Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams across sales, operations, customer experience, and project execution functions.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including sales conversion, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, product,



and other business functions to align execution with strategic objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless customer experiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of experience in General Management, Business Management, Sales Leadership, Business Development, or Operations Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing business P&L; and consistently delivering profitable growth.
- Strong expertise in business planning, sales strategy, revenue management, and operational execution.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and driving organisational performance.
