Your main responsibility is to oversee, manage, and optimise daily manufacturing line operations, machinery utilisation, material flow, and assembly schedules, while Plant Managers, Operations Directors, and Supply Chain Heads set macro operational strategies, overall equipment effectiveness OEE targets, capacity plans, and plant financial goals.



As the "Guardian of Assembly Precision, Line Throughput, Zero/-Defect Quality, and Shop/-Floor Safety, " you assume direct execution responsibility for transforming engineered components and raw materials into completed goods in accordance with stringent production goals and engineering drawings. Key Skills/: Shop/-Floor Engineering & Assembly Mastery/: Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing procedures, material handling systems, fabrication/machining concepts, assembly line balancing, and process routing.
