- 6-8 years experience in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK is a must.

- Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project workplace. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus.
- SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.
- Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
- Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
- Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation)
- Expertise in provisioning system.

- Active/valid certified RCM/ONB/RMK professional
- Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.
