Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist Delivery Executive of a reputed Quick Commerce platform/app
- Assistance can be in terms of their payroll or Order Management
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
- Basic Computer Knowledge expected to carry out activities in tools & applications
- Versatile in rotational shifts & Week Offs
- 6 Day working model
- Verbal Fluency is expected in Hindi & Bengali
- Basic English proficiency is expected to form correct sentences & comprehend the same

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Chat Process, Non Voice Process, Semi Voice, Blended Process, Backend Process etc. .
- Experienced candidates in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce (ex- Flipkart, Myntra, Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, BlinkIt)
- Personal Vehicle available (2-wheeler)
- Graduates
