HiLabs is looking for a Product Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Product team in Pune.

The role will involve working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to analyze product and business data, identify insights, track product KPIs, and support data-driven product decisions.

The ideal candidate should have solid SQL and Excel analysis skills, a good understanding of product metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze product, user, operational, and business data.
- Define and track product KPIs, metrics, funnels, cohorts, and user journeys.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends and opportunities.
- Use SQL and Excel to analyze large datasets and generate insights.
- Support Product Managers in making data-driven product decisions.
- Identify product gaps, adoption challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Define success metrics for product features and initiatives.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work with Data and Engineering teams to validate data and analysis.
- Develop an understanding of healthcare products, data,



and business use cases.

Required Skills

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Tier 1 Institute graduate is mandatory.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong Excel analysis skills.
- Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, funnels, cohorts, and user journeys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Product mindset and strong business curiosity.

Preferred

- Healthcare or Health-tech experience.
- Exposure to healthcare data and products.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers.
