About the Role

We are looking for a talented and client-focused Interior Designer with hands-on experience in modular residential interior design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential interiors along with excellent client handling and communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetically appealing designs, presenting concepts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring a smooth transition from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, budget, and design expectations.
- Handle clients independently throughout the design process and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create modular residential interior designs based on client requirements.
- Develop layouts, space planning, furniture designs, and detailed design concepts.
- Prepare and present design proposals, 2D layouts, 3D views, and mood boards to clients.
- Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate client feedback.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Conduct site visits when required and understand site conditions and measurements.
- Ensure accuracy of designs, materials, specifications, and dimensions before execution.




- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Support clients in selecting suitable materials, finishes, colors, and modular solutions.
- Address client concerns and provide appropriate design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of skilled experience in interior design.
- Mandatory experience in modular residential interior design.
- Prior client handling/customer-facing experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of residential space planning and modular furniture.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and interior products.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within defined timelines.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
