About the Role
Infinity Learn is seeking driven, result-oriented sales professionals to support our expanding US K-12 online tutoring division. In this consultative sales role, you will engage with parents across the United States, identify their children's academic needs, and recommend personalized 1:1 online tutoring programs in Math, Science, Coding, Robotics, and English Language Arts (ELA).
Key Responsibilities

- Parent Engagement: Connect directly with prospective parents in the US market to assess student learning goals and academic challenges.

- Consultative Guidance: Conduct structured academic counseling sessions and live product walk-throughs.

- Enrollment Conversion: Present tailored educational solutions, resolve parent queries and objections professionally, and convert leads into active enrollments.

- CRM & Pipeline Management: Systematically track lead progression, log interaction details, and execute timely follow-ups using CRM software.

- Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.





Candidate Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Background in Inside Sales, Business Development, B2C Telesales, or Admissions Counseling.

- Communication Skills: Excellent, fluent spoken English with a polished and persuasive communication style.

- Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skill set.

- Work Requirements: Comfortable working night shift hours (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) and working in office from the Bangalore office.

- Preferred: Prior experience in International/US sales, EdTech/K-12 sales, or familiarity with the US education framework.

Training & Skill Development
