Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll & Fast Formula Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM UK Payroll and Fast Formula.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, supporting, and enhancing UK Payroll solutions, including payroll elements, balances, statutory calculations, legislative updates, and Fast Formula-based business rules.

Key Responsibilities-

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM UK Payroll solutions.
- Configure UK Payroll elements, balances, payroll definitions, statutory deductions, and legislative rules.
- Develop and optimize Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, absence, Time & Labor, and other HCM requirements.
- Gather requirements, perform solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Handle UK payroll legislative updates, HMRC requirements, and statutory changes.
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and debug Fast Formulas.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Support payroll runs, reconciliation, issue resolution, and post-payroll activities.
- Work with technical teams on integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems such as Finance, HR,



Time & Attendance, and Benefits.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
- Interact with UK-based stakeholders and payroll teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
- Support end users and provide guidance on Oracle Fusion UK Payroll best practices.

Must-Have Skills

- 58 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll Functional.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Fast Formula.
- Experience with UK Payroll elements, balances, payroll definitions, statutory calculations, and legislative updates.
- Strong understanding of UK Payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end UK Payroll implementation or major enhancement project.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, security, and payroll-related reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Good to Have

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in UK Payroll and/or Fast Formula.
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations.
- Experience working with UK-based clients/stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in payroll controls, reconciliation, audit readiness, and data accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
