Experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow applications.

Hands-on experience integrating Pega with enterprise systems and applications.

Experience working with cloud-based Pega environments.

Strong understanding of:

Pega Case Management

Business Process Management (BPM)

Decisioning and Business Rules

Integrations and APIs

User Interface Development

Application Debugging & Troubleshooting

Performance Optimization

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.





Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.

Desirable Qualifications

Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)

Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Additional Pega certifications

Experience with cloud technologies and modern application architectures

Experience with REST and SOAP integrations

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices

Experience working in enterprise consulting environments

Knowledge of AI-enabled workflow automation and intelligent decisioning

Experience mentoring junior developers or supporting development teams
