- Willing to learn IT/software skills and technology terms.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a very solid accent and active listening skills.
- Well-versed in Outlook, Google, and Microsoft.
- Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technologies.
