Role Description The Group Head Treasury will oversee the group’s treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management, liquidity planning,



and optimization of banking relationships across multiple entities. This full-time, role is based in Surat. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing short- and long-term funding requirements, monitoring cash flows, and implementing treasury policies aligned with the group’s growth and risk management objectives. The role will coordinate closely with finance, accounting, and business leadership teams. The Group Head Treasury will also be responsible for continuous process improvement, compliance with regulatory and internal controls, and preparation of regular treasury reports and forecasts for senior management.
