Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surat. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for solar inverter solutions, including managing sales pipelines, leading and mentoring the sales team, and developing short- and long-term sales strategies.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, installers, and end customers, and conducting product presentations and negotiations. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs. The Sales Manager will be accountable for meeting revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s growth in the renewable energy market.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy, electrical equipment, or industrial products.
Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve targets.
