Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the U.S. healthcare RCM and medical billing market, including physician groups, clinics, and healthcare startups. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.



The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, participation in industry events, and reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, only in healthcare RCM, medical billing, or healthcare services.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, client relationship building, and contract negotiation.
Ability to understand and articulate RCM services such as medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, and credentialing to prospective clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, opportunity assessment, and data-driven decision making.
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual collaboration platforms.
