MDN Stays, part of MDN Group, is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to take full ownership of a serviced-accommodation business in Harrow, North-West London. The initial portfolio comprises five high-quality houses (approximately 20 bedrooms) on a private gated road. This is not simply an Airbnb, OTA or reservations-management role: the central objective is to build a profitable operation with repeat direct UK B2B bookings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Personally generate direct UK corporate and longer-stay bookings; build relationships with corporates, relocation and global-mobility firms, TMCs, insurers and loss adjusters, contractors, project teams and production companies; own occupancy, ADR, pricing, yield and channel strategy; reduce reliance on Airbnb and Booking.com; manage the sales pipeline, contracts and key accounts; oversee reservations, guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance and suppliers; control costs and report against the P&L; execute a practical 30-day and 90-day growth plan. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Proven UK serviced-accommodation,



corporate-housing or serviced-apartment experience; explicit examples of direct UK B2B accommodation revenue personally originated; active relationships with UK corporate bookers, relocation firms, TMCs, insurers, contractors or comparable demand partners; commercial judgement with hands-on operational capability; strong spoken and written English; ability to work substantial UK business hours remotely; and immediate or near-immediate availability.
