Job title: Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer

Description:
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Sr. Presales Engineer to support and drive our pre-sales function across the Asia-Pacific region. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, solution consulting, customer engagement, and commercial support to help win strategic deals and deliver successful customer outcomes.

You will work closely with sales, product, support, and customers to understand business and technical requirements, design appropriate solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise technology solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into practical and compelling solutions. Experience in digital signage is highly desirable and will be viewed as a significant advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:





Partner closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to identify business needs, technical requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
Design and present tailored solutions that address customer requirements and demonstrate transparent business value.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, workshops, and solution briefings for customers and prospects.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales and sales lifecycle.
Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, presentations, architecture diagrams, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Address complex product and technical queries and act as a senior technical point of contact for key customers.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify product capabilities, limitations, integrations, and roadmap considerations.
