Job Title: Store Head
Location: Sultanpur
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day sales operations at the store.
- Assist customers with product selection and deliver a premium customer experience
- Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and overall ambience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail sales or reputed premium brands
- Strong sales acumen and customer-handling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English is must
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to execute company events and promotional activities
- Deep understanding of retail operations

Qualification:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)

- Sales-driven mind set with focus on targets
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a premium retail environment

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
