We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, property buyers, channel partners, and business associates.

Experience in a real estate developer, builder, property consultancy, hospitality, or corporate environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally greet all customers, visitors, channel partners, and business associates.
- Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Receive and respond to general customer enquiries professionally.
- Record visitor details and maintain the visitor register.
- Identify prospective property customers and promptly connect them with the appropriate sales executive.
- Inform the sales/CRM team when a customer arrives for a site visit or property meeting.
- Coordinate customer appointments, meetings, and site-visit schedules.
- Maintain records of walk-in customers and enquiries.




- Enter and update basic customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure that walk-in leads are properly assigned to the relevant sales team member.
- Follow up internally to ensure no walk-in or enquiry is missed.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams regarding customer arrivals and appointments.
- Manage incoming correspondence, courier, documents, and office communication.
- Maintain basic office records, registers, and front-desk documentation.
- Assist management and other departments with administrative and coordination tasks when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting areas, and customer waiting areas remain organised and presentable.
