About the Role
AndCircus is looking for a Visual Editor who lives at the intersection of design and motion. You'll craft vertical-first video content for social and digital platforms, with a strong eye for graphic design and a growing interest in AI-assisted editing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit vertical-format video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) optimized for mobile-first platforms
- Experiment with and integrate AI tools into the editing pipeline to speed up turnaround and unlock new creative formats
- Collaborate with the content/marketing team to translate briefs into scroll-stopping edits
- Maintain a consistent visual language across campaigns and platforms
- Stay on top of trends in short-form video, design, and AI-driven content tools

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing, with strong vertical/social-first content in your portfolio
- Background or strong foundation in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)




- Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI design/video tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, generative editing plugins) is a big plus
- A sharp eye for trends, pacing, and what makes content perform
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, output-heavy environment

Nice to Have
- Experience filming on mobile/gimbal setups
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Interest in building/owning AI-assisted creative workflows for the team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
