About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive sales and business development for our professional training portfolio, including ISO Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, Professional, Corporate, and Awareness Training programmes.

This is an end-to-end B2B sales role involving prospecting, lead generation, inbound lead conversion, client communication, follow-ups, negotiation, sales closure, and coordination for successful delivery of training programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture professional relationships with decision-makers and potential customers.




- Handle and convert inbound enquiries by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable training programmes.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.
- Clearly communicate training offerings, schedules, formats, and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline to achieve individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to finalise training schedules, batch requirements, participant details, and logistics.
- Manage post-sale activities including batch setup, participant registration, LMS registration, communication, and coordination.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and customer information in CRM/LMS systems.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, additional training requirements, and corporate training engagements.
