Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end commercial tender activities, including tender identification, preparation, costing and submission.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, commercial terms, EMD, PBG, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Prepare quotations, price bids, BOQ and commercial documents as per tender requirements.
• Calculate product costing, taxes, transportation, installation and other applicable costs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Engineering and other departments for tender requirements.
• Manage E-Tendering, GeM and government tender submissions.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain complete tender documentation and records.
• Support commercial negotiations, price revisions and post-tender activities.
• Track tender status, results,



purchase orders and related documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Same Industry Sales Candidates who are willing to work in Tender Department will be preferred.
•Experience in Commercial Tendering / Tender Management / Bid Management / E-Tendering.
• Experience in Government Tenders, GeM, RFQ, RFP, BOQ and quotation preparation preferred.
• Good knowledge of commercial terms, costing, GST and tender documentation.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Positive coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machine tools or industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
