Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Implementation Consultant with solid expertise in ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. Candidate should also have 23 years of application development experience in Java, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Python, or similar.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping & Event Management
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub & Orchestration
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes
- REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server & OAuth
- ITIL processes and enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Agile methodology and production support
- AWS/Azure/GCP and monitoring tools preferred
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications preferred
Eligibility:
7+ years ServiceNow experience, strong ITOM implementation background, 23 years application development experience, and excellent communication skills.
