About CandidMen

CandidMen is a mens fashion rental brand helping customers access premium occasion wear without having to buy outfits they may wear only once.

We are looking for a young, energetic Marketing Executive who understands social media, enjoys creating content, is comfortable interacting with creators and customers, and most importantly is comfortable being in front of the camera.

You will work closely with the Marketing Head and help execute CandidMens day-to-day marketing across social media, influencer collaborations, content shoots, store launches and campaigns.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content

- Assist in managing CandidMens Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Coordinate the social media content calendar with the Marketing Head.
- Research trending Reels, formats, audios, memes and content ideas.
- Help conceptualise and execute Reels, customer videos, styling videos and campaign content.
- Write basic captions, hooks and content briefs.
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure content is edited and published on time.
- Track basic content performance and identify what is working.

Be a Face of CandidMen

- Be comfortable appearing in CandidMen Reels and videos.
- Host styling videos, customer transformations, street-style content and other social formats.
- Interview customers and participate in shoots at our stores.
- Confidently speak in English and/or Hindi/Kannada on camera.
- Bring energy,



personality and spontaneity to content rather than simply reading scripts.

Influencer Marketing

- Research and shortlist relevant influencers and creators.
- Reach out to creators for collaborations.
- Coordinate commercials, outfits, shoot dates, deliverables and posting timelines.
- Follow up with influencers until content goes live.
- Maintain an organised influencer database.
- Track influencer content and campaign performance.
- Identify emerging micro and local creators across CandidMen cities.

Shoot & Campaign Coordination

- Help organise social media and influencer shoots.
- Coordinate outfits, models, creators, locations and timelines.
- Support new store launches and offline marketing activities.
- Capture BTS, customer reactions and spontaneous content during shoots and events.
- Be willing to visit CandidMen stores regularly for content creation.

- You are confident and natural in front of the camera.

- You are organised and can manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- You have a good sense of fashion, trends and visual aesthetics.
- You are proactive you dont need to be told every small thing to do.
- You are comfortable working in a quick-moving startup environment.
- You are excited to experiment, learn and occasionally have ideas that dont work.

No prior full-time marketing experience is necessary. We care more about your energy, communication skills, creativity and willingness to execute.

Bonus Points

- You have created Reels or other social content before.
- You have your own active Instagram/YouTube account.
- You know basic Canva, CapCut or other editing tools.
- You have previously worked with influencers or college events.
- You follow fashion, wedding, lifestyle or creator trends.

You’ll work directly with the Marketing Head and get the opportunity to see how marketing for a growing consumer brand is built from the inside.
