We are looking for an experienced Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team in Vikarabad. The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge and proven experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants in a classroom/offline environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Chemistry classes for JEE/NEET students.
- Plan and prepare lectures, study material, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain complex Chemistry concepts in a easy and effective manner.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Track student progress and coordinate with the academic team.
- Stay updated with the JEE/NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and preparation strategies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in JEE/NEET coaching.
- Strong command of Chemistry concepts and competitive-exam preparation.
- Prior offline/classroom teaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle and motivate students effectively.
Preferred
- Experience with reputed JEE/NEET coaching institutes or EdTech organizations.
- Proven track record of improving student performance.
- Familiarity with JEE/NEET question patterns and competitive-exam strategies.
