We are hiring an experienced Endur Senior Business Analyst for a remote, contract role (6 months, extendable based on performance). Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations teams for Endur changes
- Document high-quality user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Work closely with architects and developers to validate solution options and business impact
- Support test strategy and UAT by defining acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Ensure traceability from business objective requirement test case release
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in trading, energy,
or financial markets
- Strong functional knowledge of Endur (OpenLink) in at least one asset class
- Proven experience writing clear, testable requirements in an Agile workplace
- Confidence engaging traders and senior stakeholders in workshops
- Immediate availability strongly preferred
Good to Have:
- Experience with Endur upgrades or large remediation/transformation programmes
- Ability to analyze data using SQL/Excel to support business cases
- Formal BA certification (e.g., IIBA/CBAP)
