The opportunity: Project Consultant-National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY - Bangalore

The key fields of play are:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation - Integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics as well as talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary, award-winning EY Organization & Talent Hub.
- Change Experience & Learning - Working with clients to define the new Workforce Experience including Current Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) as well as accelerated adoption through our digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.
- Purpose, Culture and Leadership - Align leadership and cultural programs with clients business strategy, purpose and operating model, adapting to the changing needs of their customers and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.
- HR Transformation,



Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Responsibilities
- The Project Consultant is expected to demonstrate strong functional and consulting capabilities across people-focused domains.
- Sound understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management domains, including Organization design and workforce planning.
- Talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.
- Compensation & benefits and rewards strategies.
- HR operating model and HR transformation initiatives.
- Ability to support end-to-end consulting projects, including data collection, diagnostics, and analysis.
- Process mapping and future-state design.
- Preparation of client-ready presentations, reports, and insights.
- Experience applying analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., workforce analytics, engagement surveys, competency frameworks).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for storytelling, analysis, and executive communication.
- Exposure to HR technologies or digital HR solutions (e.g., HRMS, talent platforms, analytics tools) is an advantage.




- Adherence to consulting quality standards, timelines, and documentation practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required in: Human Resources Business Administration / Management Psychology / Organizational Behavior Engineering or related disciplines (with HR/People specialization)
- Postgraduate qualification preferred: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Masters in Organizational Psychology, Human Capital, or equivalent
- Relevant professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory): SHRM / HRCI
- Change Management or Organization Development certifications
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement certifications

Experience
- Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in: People Consulting HR Advisory / Transformation roles
- Internal HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) with project exposure
- Prior experience in a consulting firm or professional services organization is highly desirable
- Exposure to multi-client or multi-project environments preferred
