Job Summary

we are looking for a registered Pharmacist Cum Billing Executive to manage pharmaceutical manufacturing coordination, distribution, cold-chain handling, inventory, and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day pharmacy and pharmaceutical operations.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and distribution teams.
- Handle batch-wise, expiry-wise, and stock records.
- Ensure proper cold-chain storage, temperature monitoring, and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.
- Prepare sales invoices and handle billing, order processing, returns, and documentation.
- Verify product, batch, quantity, expiry, pricing, and tax details before dispatch/billing.
- Maintain required pharmaceutical, inventory, billing, and distribution records.
- Follow applicable regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with customers, distributors, transporters, and internal teams.





Eligibility

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist Registration DELHI ONLY Mandatory.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, pharmacy, or billing preferred.
- Knowledge of cold-chain products and pharmaceutical inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/inventory software skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

13 years in pharmaceutical operations, distribution, billing, or pharmacy.
