Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong expertise in ITSM and hands-on experience in at least one additional ServiceNow module such as HRSD, SecOps, GRC, IRM, CMDB, ITOM, or Custom Application Development.

Mandatory Skills

- 4 to 13 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Management).
- Experience in at least one of the following modules:
- HRSD
- SecOps
- GRC / IRM
- CMDB
- ITOM
- Custom Application Development

- Hands-on experience with:

- Client Scripts
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub

- Strong JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and enhance ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Develop workflows,



catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
- Module-specific certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates available for an in-person interview in Noida on 12th September 2026 (Saturday) are highly preferred.
