- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and work progress.
- Monitor bar bending & shuttering, concrete & brick work, tiles & painting, plumbing & electrical, carpentry & checklist activities as assigned.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, measurements, checklists, and site records.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure workers comply with site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete activities within the planned schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections and report defects or deviations.
- Support senior engineers in planning,
execution, and project documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 510 years in construction/site execution.
- Hands-on experience in any of the relevant construction trades mentioned above.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and measurements.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Strong site management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations when required.
- Candidates with solid practical site experience will be preferred.
