- Handle customer queries through international chat support
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of customer interactions
Eligibility:
- HSC freshers are eligible
- Graduate freshers are eligible
- Candidates with 6+ months of relevant BPO/Customer Service experience can apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
