Job Summary

The Web Operation Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate execution of our production and back-office systems including related web properties. As a member of our web production team, they will work on content authoring updates and translations, site maintenance, quality assurance, governance, and user experience under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Web Operations.

Requirements

- 69 years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot).
- Strong experience executing enterprise B2B email marketing programs at scale.
- Experience building and managing emails, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, automation rules, Engagement Studio programs, and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, campaign execution, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience supporting global marketing organizations.




- Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce management, and list hygiene.
- Experience with Jira, Workfront, Asana, ServiceNow, or similar workflow management tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or technology organizations.
- Experience executing global, multi-region marketing campaigns.
- Experience with complex lifecycle nurture programs.
- Familiarity with campaign attribution and marketing analytics.
- Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted productivity and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of responsive email design and accessibility best practices.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior marketing operations professionals.
