Mangalam Landmarks is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales to join our Residential Real Estate Sales team for location (West: Ravet | Kiwale & North: Moshi | Charoli).

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Mandatory experience with a Builder / Real Estate Developer.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales team members.
- Strong experience in lead management, site visits, customer follow-ups and sales closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the Pune residential real estate market.
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and conversions.
- Conduct and monitor site visits and ensure effective lead conversion.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor individual and team performance, sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing and other internal teams for smooth customer experience.
