To serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams by leading complex human capital and organizational transformation engagements that create measurable business impact. The role is responsible for diagnosing enterprise challenges, designing and implementing people strategies, enabling leadership effectiveness, building high-performance organizations, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the growth and thought leadership of the consulting practice.

Role Overview

Will lead strategic HR consulting engagements, organizational transformation initiatives, and executive advisory assignments while building long-term client relationships and driving practice growth. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and business development skills are essential.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee strategic human capital consulting engagements across diverse industries and client environments.
- Partner with CEOs, founders, CHROs, business heads, and senior leadership teams to address critical organizational and people-related business challenges.
- Translate business strategy into actionable people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
- Conduct hypothesis-driven diagnostics through interviews, workshops, surveys, focus groups, benchmarking studies, and workforce analytics to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement organization transformation initiatives, including organization design, operating model reviews, role architecture, workforce transformation, and capability enhancement.
- Develop and execute culture transformation programs aimed at fostering high-performance, accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Advise clients on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and critical talent strategies.
- Facilitate executive alignment sessions and leadership workshops to support strategic decision-making and organizational change.




- Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives and develop strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation programs.
- Review and redesign HR policies, processes, governance frameworks, and employee lifecycle practices aligned with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
- Recommend and support implementation of HR technologies, digital HR initiatives, automation solutions, and people analytics frameworks to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyze workforce trends, organizational metrics, and people data to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Advise leadership teams on complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, grievance resolution, and sensitive people issues.
- Establish governance and compliance mechanisms to ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, business practices, and ethical standards.
- Ensure measurable value creation by defining and tracking outcomes related to productivity, retention, capability building, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
- Mentor and coach domain partners, consultants, and project teams to strengthen consulting capability, subject matter expertise, and leadership pipeline within the organization.
- Develop consulting methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and intellectual capital to enhance the firms service offerings.
- Identify emerging trends, innovations, and disruptive practices in Human Resources and organizational development and convert them into client solutions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.




- Participate in proposal development, solution design, commercial discussions, and client presentations to support revenue generation and practice growth.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and repeat business opportunities.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry forums, seminars, and professional networks to enhance the firms market presence and thought leadership.
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree with MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in Organization Development, Change Management, HR Analytics, Executive Coaching, Project Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5-8 years in client-facing HR consulting, organization transformation, or strategic HR advisory roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with CXOs and senior leadership teams across industries.
