- Experience in In-Process Quality Control.
- Experience in preparation and handling of Hyundai & KIN 5-Star Audit documentation/reports.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of IATF 16949:2016.
- Positive knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, GD&T;, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Knowledge of ESG requirements will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of 7 QC Tools, 8D, QMS, FMEA and MSA.
- Process knowledge in Sheet Metal, Welding, Casting and Machining.
- Experience in In-Process Quality Development and conducting internal and external process audits.
- Knowledge of IMDS and MSDS documentation.
- Experience in conducting Process, Product and System Audits.
- Ability to coordinate certification audits and customer audits, including 5-Star and Safety-Critical audits.
