OVERVIEW:
Fueling Brains is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition across our childcare brands and campuses in Canada and the USA.

This is a true individual-contributor role for someone who loves being in the platforms - building campaigns, digging into data, testing ideas, optimizing spend, and turning advertising investment into qualified parent inquiries, campus tours, and enrolments.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paid Media & Performance
Own the planning, setup, management, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, remarketing, lead-generation, and conversion campaigns.
Optimize targeting, keywords, audiences, bidding, and budgets to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, tours, and enrolments.
Conduct competitor, keyword, audience, and geographic market research to uncover new growth opportunities.

Testing & Conversion




Plan and evaluate A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, offers, lead forms, and landing pages.
Partner with content and design teams to develop performance-focused creative.
Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, user journeys, and conversion rates.

Analytics & Growth
Own campaign measurement and tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, Meta Conversions API, and CRM data.
Connect advertising and CRM data to understand lead quality and the inquiry-to-enrolment journey.
Turn performance data into explicit insights, recommendations, and budget decisions.
Collaborate with web, CRM, admissions, and campus teams while supporting SEO, local listings, backlinks, and emerging acquisition opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Performance Marketing Expertise
4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, SEM, or digital advertising.
Deep practical expertise in Google
