They do this by brilliant execution of brand strategies taking them through the line, ensuring commercial excellence.ABOUT YOUAs Exe/Sr Exe-Trade Marketing, you will own responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all events/activations designed to increase brand presence and ultimate take-away. You will be responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution. You would also be responsible for contribution to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.Responsibilities:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Planning & Execution across off & on trade.
Responsible for any form of communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brand equity in collaboration with Consumer Marketing.
- Enhancing & Planning visibility & branding across region;Vendor management & ensuring timelines for JTBD
- Manage A&P; budget for the region planning activations and promotions driving equity, brand awareness and recruitments.
- Responsible for working closely with key customers/stakeholders both internal & external.
- Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns; M & E evaluation
- Actively support effective matrix working across customer marketing and regional sales teams
- Convey & present plans in proper format
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Experience in multiple specialty areas: planning & execution of activations, leveraging current/emerging channels for recruitments, promotions, events, agency management etc.
