What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Lead multiple clusters of teams directly/through Assistant Managers, for end-to-end delivery of in-scope operations across FNOLs, payment support, Docosoft Claims management, and related claims support activities.
Own operational performance, workforce planning, productivity, quality, and delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs across the portfolio.
Define and execute operational strategy, service delivery plans, and resource models aligned to business objectives.
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, building effective relationships and managing escalations effectively.
Ensure robust documentation, knowledge management, and operational readiness for existing and transitioned services.
Lead talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives, while coaching and developing future talent.
Drive governance, reporting, and operational risk management, ensuring transparency and adherence to controls and best practices.
Lead transitions, transformation projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
Foster a customer-centric culture focused on quality, responsiveness, and service excellence.
