Your expertise in US legal terminology and court documentation will help guide complex research and escalation decisions.
Working closely with Quality, Training, and Operations teams, you will drive continuous improvement and service excellence.

Accountabilities




Lead and manage a team of Public Records associates responsible for US court research and criminal background screening activities, including work allocation, productivity monitoring, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Oversee research across local, state, and federal US court portals, ensuring accurate retrieval, review, and interpretation of court dockets and legal documentation.
Ensure correct classification of felony, misdemeanor, and infraction charges; criminal and civil case types; and dispositions such as convictions, dismissals, acquittals, and pending cases.
Drive adherence to quality standards, SLAs, turnaround times, productivity targets, and accuracy benchmarks across the team.
Oversee end-to-end public records processes, including court research, criminal background checks, database searches, case validation, and documentation.
