Roles and responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth and market share gain by identifying and executing the winning offer strategy, incorporating
Offer portfolio optimization vs market requirements and competition
Visibility of Pipeline to establish seemless flow from order to delivery.
Revealing untapped sales potential in existing and/or emerging segments & applications
Work with operations and design teams to serve special customer requirements
Embed new offer/feature requirements into offer development roadmaps; contribute to conceptual design and feasibility work
Align offer roadmaps of current launches and/or substitutions, support launch process
Evaluate sales and margin performance vs targets, analyze gaps and call for corrective actions in case of deviations
Support local offer managers to improve their offer and market knowledge and their offer marketing skills
The ideal candidate should have the below mentioned criterias:
Have minimum 4-5 years experience in similar field.
Ready to work as part of a diverse team striving to collaborate and create impact
