We are looking for a hands-on Growth Specialist to drive demand generation and qualified sales pipeline for enterprise software products serving engineering, infrastructure and EPC businesses. You will own growth campaigns from planning through execution, testing channels and messaging to generate discovery meetings, product demos and pilot opportunities. This role combines demand generation, product positioning and close collaboration with sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define target customer segments, buyer personas and account lists in collaboration with product and sales teams.
Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, content, webinars, partnerships and selected paid channels.
Develop explicit product messaging, landing pages and campaign content that communicate business value to different stakeholders.
Work with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate outreach, nurture prospects and improve lead qualification and meeting conversion.
Run structured experiments across audiences, messaging, offers and channels; scale approaches that generate qualified opportunities.
Build nurture programmes that help prospects progress from initial interest to discovery, demo and pilot discussions.
Own campaign budgets, CRM tracking and reporting on cost per qualified opportunity, sales-accepted pipeline and funnel conversion.
Use customer conversations, campaign results and sales feedback to improve targeting and go-to-market execution.
Required Experience & Skills
3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation, with ownership of campaign execution and measurable pipeline outcomes.
Experience marketing complex enterprise software through a sales process involving discovery calls, demos and multiple decision-makers.
Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities with lean budgets and systematically test acquisition channels.
