This role combines financial expertise, data analysis, and systems management within a clinical trial environment. You’ll work with complex historical financial and operational data, ensuring it is accurately reconciled and represented within a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). The position offers the chance to contribute to data migrations, system configuration, financial reconciliation, and process improvement. You’ll investigate discrepancies, map structured datasets, and establish reliable workflows for ongoing operations. While clinical research knowledge is helpful, the role is designed for professionals who bring strong finance, analytical, and systems capabilities. This is a remote opportunity requiring alignment with U.S. working hours across PST, EST, or CST time zones.

Accountabilities
Reconcile historical sponsor payments with corresponding CTMS activities, patient visits, budgets,



and financial records, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial representation.
Recreate fixed-budget invoices within the CTMS using historical financial and study information.
Support ongoing payment, invoicing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation activities as required.
Prepare and import patient accounts, trial builds, and historical patient visit activity into the CTMS.
Assist with configuring and fine-tuning trial settings while ensuring imported records are correctly associated with patients and study structures.
Perform data mapping, validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting before and after system imports.
Analyze large or incomplete historical datasets to determine how information should be mapped and identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records.
Maintain data integrity across CTMS records and ensure imported information accurately reflect
