Position: Manager - R&D; (Final Distribution Products)
Work Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Experience - 5-8 years
Qualification - B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:




Design & development of Final distribution Products i.e. MCB, RCCBs, RCBOs. Design of plastic, sheet metal, machined & die-cast components.
Have thorough knowledge of relevant IS and IEC standards.
Develop design documents such as component drawings, BOM, instructions, assembly & testing procedures.
Perform product approval testing and certification as per relevant product standards.
Valuable understanding of products & it’s application to upgrade or customize Products to meet market requirements.
Initiate product design improvements based on the feedback from internal / external customers.
Functional Competencies:
Knowledge of 3D Modelling software, Cre-o, Solid-works, Conversant with SAP.
Basic switchgear and Power system knowledge. Basic manufacturing process knowledge - Sheet metal, Moulding.
Six sigma, DOE, VE, Statistical tools, GD & T Knowledge, Tolerance Stackup Analysis.
