Role Description The Customer Care Chat Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. In this role, the team member will handle incoming customer queries via chat, provide timely and accurate information about services, and assist clients with issues related to their ecommerce accounts. Responsibilities include resolving concerns, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases to the relevant internal teams, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.



The role also involves understanding platform policies, offering guidance on account health, and maintaining a professional, empathetic tone in all customer communications. Collaboration with other departments to improve processes and customer experience is an important part of the daily work.
Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering helpful, respectful support in every interaction.
Demonstrated Customer Support experience, including handling queries via chat or similar channels and managing multiple conversations efficiently.
