Role Description The B2B Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth across institutional, corporate, and modern trade partners.



This role includes identifying and onboarding new B2B accounts, managing key client relationships, and developing sales strategies aligned with the company’s functional beverage positioning. The B2B Sales Manager will lead negotiations, close contracts, track sales performance, and ensure strong visibility and availability of Bubz products across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing sales plans, coordinating with marketing and operations teams on promotions and supply, and providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. The role also involves market mapping, competitor analysis, and participation in trade events to strengthen brand presence in the B2B segment.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building with institutional, corporate, or modern trade partners.
