About Mentogram
Mentogram is building an AI-native, industry-integrated higher education platform for emerging fields such as Applied AI and Advanced Manufacturing. We work with employers, industry experts and academic partners to create practical, accredited programmes that help professionals build skills they can apply in the real world.
We are now looking for an Industry Partnerships Manager to strengthen the bridge between our learners and industry.

About the role
You will identify, build and manage partnerships with companies, industry associations and senior professionals.
These partnerships should create meaningful opportunities for our learners, including:
Internships and employment opportunities
Company visits and immersion experiences
Employer-sponsored learning programmes
Enterprise training and workforce-development partnerships
Industry input into programme and curriculum design

This is not a traditional sales or placement role. We are looking for someone who can understand an organisation’s talent needs and develop partnerships that create value for the company,



our learners and Mentogram.

Key responsibilities
Identify and approach potential employer and industry partners
Build relationships with HR leaders, business heads, founders and functional leaders
Understand companies’ hiring, upskilling and workforce-development needs
Develop partnership proposals tailored to each organisation
Secure live projects, mentors, internships, interviews and hiring opportunities for learners
Build enterprise learning and employee-sponsorship partnerships
Coordinate company visits, industry sessions and immersion experiences
Work closely with our academic, admissions and learner-success teams
Maintain a structured pipeline and regularly report partnership outcomes
Represent Mentogram at industry events, conferences and meetings
Nurture existing relationships and convert them into long-term partnerships
